Terms of Service

01The Service

The Service makes variants of your photos and videos — crop, color, noise, speed, format, intros and other edits — and gives you the files to download. It also offers free tools for media buyers: an ROI calculator, a time-zone converter and a preset marketplace.

The Service changes files; it does not guarantee that any advertising platform will approve an ad, nor any campaign result.

02Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give a real email address you can access.
• One free account per person and device. Extra free accounts may be blocked without notice.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Paid accounts are personal: sharing a Solo account is not allowed, and the number of devices per day is limited.

03Plans and payment

• Free — 5 files a month, up to 10 variants each.
• Solo — $15 a month, 100 files a day.
• Team — terms and price agreed individually.

Payment is currently arranged through Telegram @Lucrarius7. The plan is activated for the paid period and does not renew automatically. When it ends, the account returns to Free.

Money for a period already started is not refunded, except when the Service could not provide the paid plan through our fault. Limits and prices may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

04Allowed use

You may upload only files you own or have the right to use. You must not use the Service to:

• process illegal content, including sexual content involving minors, extremist materials, or content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark;
• create ads that mislead people, promote fraud or break the law of your country or the country where the ad is shown;
• get around plan limits: multiple free accounts, automated sign-ups, sharing paid accounts;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.

You are responsible for making sure your ads meet the rules of the platforms where you run them. The Service is a tool for preparing test variants, not a way around platform policies.

05Your files

Your files remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to process, store for the stated period and deliver them back to you. Originals are deleted after processing, results after 5 days — see the Privacy Policy. Download what you need in time: we do not keep backups of your results.

Presets, ratings and comments you publish in the marketplace are visible to other users.

06Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but provide it “as is” and “as available”. Processing can take longer under load, and the Service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance.

07Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses: lost profit, rejected or blocked ads, lost ad spend or lost files after the storage period. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the last month.

08Suspension and termination

We may limit or close an account that breaks these terms, and in serious cases without notice. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will announce it in the dashboard or by email; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
